How To Lose Your First 5lb
I have written How To Lose Your First 5lb book in order to not just help you lose your first 5lbs but get your eating in good order while still enjoying your food. This is not one of those quick, fad diet books whereby you end up putting that weight back on again, but a book designed to help you plan your long-term health and fitness.
How To Lose Your First 5lb book will start by outlining my first 3 steps to good health. These are the essential first steps to feeling great about a new eating plan and being healthier, and whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or maintain your current weight, these should be a part of your daily life. My first 3 steps are as follows:
1 – Drink 2 liters of water every day
2 – Take decent multivitamins
3 – Only eat carbs in the morning or after a workout
Once we’ve covered these basics which are important whether you want to lose weight or not, or run or not, or lift weights or not, the book delves into my 5 rules for losing weight while remaining healthy. I’ll then give you a diet plan to help you lose your first 5lbs.
