This book is designed to help you how to run your first 5k. These are the building blocks that will get you into long-distance running and they are the ones I use whenever I need to restart my training. you will get an easy process for how to run your first 5k.

I will start by outlining my first 3 steps for fitness and everyday health. These are the most important things I do in my life to be fit and healthy. Whether you run or not, they should be a part of your life. My first 3 steps are as follows:

1 – Drink 2 liters of water every day

2 – Decent multivitamins

3 – Only eat carbs in the morning or after a workout

After these, I will outline my six golden rules for running before talking about stretching, my unique running plan, and then post-run nutrition. This is all you need to complete your first 5k and springboard you on to longer runs.
