I have written this How To Train Your First 5weeks in order to help you build muscle, improve your life, and most of all your long-term health.

This is where I’m in my element. Over the last decade, I’ve owned and run two gyms, and before that spent over another decade working out in gyms and doing Thai Boxing. I’ve been there, done that.

How To Train Your First 5weeks book starts with my first 3 steps. These are the core ideas which we should apply to our whole lives whether we are trying to build muscle or not. Those steps are to:

  • Drink 2 liters of water a day
  • Take good multivitamins
  • Limit your carbs to breakfast or after a workout

Next, I will go into my 5 rules of starting weightlifting. These are the core basics for getting into lifting weights, building muscle, and improving your health. The 5 rules include starting with a prep week, planning your workout nutrition, fitting in cardio, getting your technique right, and the importance of variation.

Followed by advice on warming up, a 5-week plan to guide your entry or re-entry into weightlifting and warming down. Combine these with my first three steps and my five rules of weightlifting, you’ll start to feel the benefits, what are these benefits? Well, I finish this book by listing exactly this.
