Directions For Whey:
LOW CARB PROTEIN SHAKE: Take 1 25g serving (1 scoop) of Warrior Whey mixed in 200ml to 300ml of water – to your preferred taste, post workout or as a healthy protein boost at any time of the day.
LEAN GAIN SUPPLEMENT: Take 1 50g serving (2 scoops) of Warrior Whey mixed in 200ml to 300ml of water – to your preferred taste, at any time of day when you would like to enjoy more protein. We recommend 1 serving immediately post workout, and at any other time of day when you want to fuel lean gains.
